1. SOLAR CELL PANEL
– 12 years panel warranty (insurance against damage caused by the product itself)
– Guaranteed efficiency at least 80% in 30 years
– Warranty from manufacturer where the company will coordinate for customer
2. INVERTER
– Warranty 10 years for Inverter (insurance against damage caused by the product itself)
– Warranty from manufacturer where the company will coordinate for customer
3. WARRANTY OF INSTALLATION
– 2 years warranty of installation (except from accidents and natural disasters)
Operation & Maintenance
Operation & Maintenance
We guaranteed to service the solar power generating system twice a year, the inspection check list including the warranty list as follows;
– Check the operation of solar panels (PV Modules).
– Check the mounting structures.
– Check the connection (Connecting and Wiring).
– Check the inverter.
– Check the electrical cabinet in the house (Panel Board).
– Check protective devices (Circuit Breaker).
– Panel washing and cleaning twice a year.
